RebateByCheck ACH transactions are sent from a business to another business or person in the form of an electronic credit to a checking or savings account. Our customers currently utilize RebateByCheck (RBC) to pay the following:

The largest benefit of our RBC ACH service is its low cost. Processing payments in-house can be quite expensive! At minimum, most companies need checks, envelopes, postage, a printer, toner, and someone to handle them. If you use our service, all you need to do is upload a file according to the below specifications and we'll handle the rest for a low, per transaction fee ranging from $0.46 - $0.56 depending on volume. Our customer service representatives will also walk you through the implementation, batch, and payment process until you are 100% comfortable doing it on your own. If you already have an ITI account, there are no setup fees or additional monthly fees to use RBC services. Are the transactions secure?
Yes. All transactions take place on secure servers using industry standard encryption. Our servers are located in a secured data center with controlled access. Your files are sent using secure FTP or encrypted TCP/IP socket connection. Your account can also be set so that checks over a certain dollar amount will never be processed.
Does RebateByCheck share client information?
No. Your clients' information will never be used or shared by us with any other party. We only share client information if required to do so by court order. Please feel free to read our privacy policy.
