RebateByCheck is used by companies both large and small that need to produce and mail large numbers of paper checks. Companies that can benefit from this value-added service include rebate fulfillment houses, Internet affiliate programs, and commission based sales or marketing organizations. Why use RebateByCheck?
Outsourcing your check printing operation can save you valuable time and money. You will no longer need to maintain a supply of check stock, envelopes, and MICR toners, postage meters, or stamps. How do I use RebateByCheck?
RebateByCheck is extremely flexible and easy to use. You, or programs automated by your technical staff, will create a simple text file according to specifications and send it to us by either secure FTP or encrypted TCP/IP connection. Once your files or transction requests are delivered to our system, your part is done. Our system then processes your file within one hour and sends you an email confirmation detailing the number of checks to be drafted, along with any errors encountered by our program. If your file contains errors, you only need to resubmit the individual check record(s) containing the errors. Back to FAQ list
Can I see a sample of the checks that are printed?

How much does this service cost?
RebateByCheck is billed at a flat rate per transaction along with a nominal monthly service fee. Payment for services are conveniently billed to a checking account designated by you within 24 banking hours of receiving and processing your file. Visit our fees page for additional details. Can I include flyers or inserts with each paper draft?
Yes. You simply provide us with the inserts you want to be included with your checks. Contact our sales department or see our fees page for additional details. Back to FAQ list
Can the check stub be individulized?
Yes. Each check can contain up to 22 lines of text with each line containing up to 101 characters (for a total of 2,222 characters). This area is printed on the center third of the tri-fold checks and is typically used for payee specific information such as customer statements. See the file specifications for complete details. What standards does RebateByCheck adhere to?
RebateByCheck paper drafts adhere to all ANSI X9 Standards. We also use custom check stock containing many security features including watermarks and chemical resistant paper. RebateByCheck supports the ANSI character set. Back to FAQ list

How soon can I begin using RebateByCheck after I sign up?
After you establish your account with us, you will need to fax us a voided check from the checking account that you want your checks to be drawn on. Please print and fax this form when faxing account information. We will also need your authorized signature(s) and optional business logo as gif or jpg files (See file spec for additional details). As soon as we have these items from you we can complete the setup for your account. You can then send us a test file which will be printed and faxed to you for approval. Once we have your approval, your account will go live. This setup process normally requires just 2-3 days. Back to FAQ list
Are the transactions secure?
Yes. All transactions take place on secure servers using industry standard encryption. Our servers are located in a secured data center with controlled access. Your files are sent using secure FTP or encrypted TCP/IP socket connection. Your account can also be set so that checks over a certain dollar amount will never be processed.Back to FAQ list
Does RebateByCheck share client information?
